Legal Adaptation
Spanish Services for Information Society and Electronic Commerce Act (LSSICE) and the Spanish Personal Data Protection Act, both regulate in Spain the Internet service providers and the procedures for gathering and storing personal data. This way, any company with a website offering products, or just with a customers database, must comply with the requirements established by the law, with fines of up to 60,000 € for minor offences.
Lotura provides a specialized consulting service in relation with the adaptation for both laws, with the following actions:
- Analysis of the company situation in relation with the compliance with both laws.
- Adapting those non-compliant aspects.
- Writing the necessary documentation for updating your website.
- Registering before the Data Protection Agency of the existing data files.
